Romans 12:12 – “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”

Prayer is an important part of our relationship with God. Through prayer, we seek God’s guidance, bring our petitions to Him, intercede for others, praise Him, and thank Him. He gives us direction, counsel, comfort, encouragement, empowerment, and convicts us of unconfessed sin in our lives.

We are a group of believers who God has called to build an intimate relationship with Him. Through prayer, we want to praise Him for His rich blessings, intercede for those in need, seek protection from evil, soften the hearts of the lost in our midst, and bring about complete surrender in our church. It is our heart to Love God, Love Others and Serve the World.

Prayer Room:

A prayer room is to the church what the heart is to the body. The prayer room of New Life Baptist Church is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. This room is accessible through the exterior side door to the left of the main entrance to the sanctuary. Inside this room is a prayer guide to assist you during your prayer time as well as the weekly prayer list for New Life Baptist. In addition, there is also a book where you may choose to record special prayer requests for the church ministry staff to review and pray over.
